I work with individuals and teams to understand how traumatic events, ongoing stress, and current life situations can impact their overall well-being. With a deep commitment to providing holistic solutions that embrace the whole person - body, mind, and spirit - I empower my clients to find strength and resilience in the face of adversity.

For me, this is a holy call. Years ago I had a vision. It was a timeline of a young child and an adult. Then came Jesus. He walked back through the timeline, took the child by the hand, and together walked into the present. As they walked together, the child started to grow up. Somehow I knew the child was growing emotionally too. I knew this child was me. For the next two years, I went on a healing journey with God. My journey and training are what allow me to identify and coach you.
